A few things to note:

The Studio is located at 100 Tinker St., Woodstock, NY, on the second floor of the back left building. Enter through the first door on the ROAD SIDE of the building.

As stated in the Client Agreement, there is a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you cancel a booking (session or class) 24 hours or less before you are scheduled to come in, you will be charge the full amount.

Wear comfortable clothes. Socks are not necessary.

Baggy or loose leg fitted shorts are not ideal.
